Eligible new accounts receive free credits to try SongScene. Check your account for the amount available. As a guide, 100 credits generate a 10-second video with MiniMax H3 at 720p.

Credit usage depends on the model, video length, and resolution. MiniMax H3 at 720p is currently our best-value option: 100 credits for 10 seconds. Other models use different amounts. Check the credit estimate before you generate.

Choose a plan based on how often you create and the credits you need. Start with a smaller allowance for occasional clips, or choose a larger allowance for longer videos and regular releases. Compare the included credits and features in the plan cards above.

Yes. Credit packs and subscriptions unlock the same paid features. You can use purchased credits without an extra subscription. Some packs require an active subscription to purchase; this is a purchase condition, not an additional usage requirement. Each pack has its own credit amount and expiry date.

Subscription credits are only guaranteed for the period in which they are issued. Rollover into the next period is not guaranteed, so plan to use them during the current period. Credit packages and promotional credits have their own expiry dates, which you can check in your account.

Yes. If generation fails, the credits charged for that generation are returned to your account. You can check the returned amount in your credit history.

Yes. Videos generated with paid access from a credit pack or an active subscription can be used in commercial releases, monetized posts, and client projects. You must own or have permission to use any music, images, lyrics, or other material you provide. SongScene does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Manage your subscription from Billing. Direct plan upgrades and downgrades are currently unavailable; contact support for help changing plans. Stripe subscriptions can be canceled from Billing, and PayPal subscriptions from your PayPal account. For other payment methods, use the provider portal or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include credit or debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, or Creem. Annual plans are charged in one payment for the full year; the monthly price shown is the monthly equivalent. Annual-plan credits are issued in monthly installments, rather than all at once.
